    how on earth do they think that people willl prove how much they need things, ( but then the press do exploit people in these situation's and children can be cruel, if the parents went on tv to say how hard things are and classmates see, it could be awful for the kids.

  • they have updated the farepak site and have now added a phone number for making a claim

    I have not heard back from my MP but I have heard back from my MSP that is how I discovered a Motion had been enrolled in the Scottish Parliament in relation to Farepak.
    I discovered I always have choices and sometimes it's only a choice of attitude :j

    Just keep bombarding them and find out who your Westminster MP is we have to keep ourselves being "heard" by the people who could do something and that is the government!

  • Martin is on Jeremy Vine's radio programme today talking about this in case anyone is interested.
    "all endings are also beginnings. We just don't know it at the time..."

    It has also been updated saying that due to the volume of claims the administrators are unable to respond to each one but will write to you by the end of November!!!

    its to send yor claim in by phone, ring it with your details, not for agents just customers, no 0870 06609826
