how on earth do they think that people willl prove how much they need things, ( but then the press do exploit people in these situation's and children can be cruel, if the parents went on tv to say how hard things are and classmates see, it could be awful for the kids.

they have updated the farepak site and have now added a phone number for making a claim0

It has also been updated saying that due to the volume of claims the administrators are unable to respond to each one but will write to you by the end of November!!!I discovered I always have choices and sometimes it's only a choice of attitude :j0 -
