Mwidiwe Froggy,
No more Mr Nice Guy. The poor had best watch out as I'm in no mood to be helpful to anyone when playing this game anymore. It's a buyers market and I'm now developing a ruthless streak.
Cheers,

Hi Billy, wow, you were up late last night!
Just been catching up on your progress, well done you. The reduced offer situation and their acceptance is pretty amazing stuff and can oly benefit you in the long term

Hi ATT,
Yes - my sleeping pattern has gone a bit wonky in recent days for no apparent reason. I looked up at the clock last night in some shock as it was 3:10am. Hoping for another acceptance or two at the start of next week.

I saw this on Yahoo today and I thought of you.
There is a small section on rental property towards the end of the article.
http://uk.finance.yahoo.com/news/how-to-be-a-millionaire.html
We are starting to think about what we do with the money we are currently paying for the mortgage each month (approx £2.4K) when it hopefully comes to and end over the next 12 -18 months.
Good luck with the plans.0 -
Hi uzubairu,
I read that this morning as well. We should be property millionaires by the end of 2012, have a million in equity by the end of 2017 and have at least a million in the bank (or other appropriate investment vehicles) by 2022. Those are my planned dates in my head but we need a bit of luck and to be a bit pushier than we have been thus far.
Allied to that is giving up employment in 2014 at the latest with Moyra retiring in 2016 or thereabouts. She's already planning a life of pyjama days in the big house and jet setting.
Cheers,
