Morning all! Will start a list when I get home. Ugh college is annoying me, was meant to be doing an X Factor style show but so many people have let us down so we're doing a talent show.
All I can think of for now is:
Buy matches
Buy toilet wipes
Sort out deed poll for name change
Sort out ID card
Brush the dog
Tatty byes

Good morning everyone,
All children decluttered to school for the first time since we got back from holiday- one or other has been ill through last week- so it's the first time I've got the house to myself. Much easier to fly!
Got my light treatment assessment for my psoriasis this afternoon, so hopefully won't be long until I get the treatment itself. It works really well on me, I had it last year and the P. was gone in about 3 months, the only trouble is it's a drive into Perth three times a week, which is a bit fuel heavy. Still, very very grateful it's available, as nothing else seemed to work. (and I can go to Lidl/Aldi while I'm there)
Had some news yesterday which I'm in two minds about. We have the use of part of an old (very very overgrown) walled garden. We use our bit, but gradually the others involved have dropped out and the owner has said we could use the whole lot if we wanted. It is very overgrown, but it's lovely soil, but needs a lot of hard work which will have to start now if we're to make the most of it. Don't get me wrong, I'm really enthusiastic to do it, I'm just aware of the work which is a bit daunting. I might go and hang out on the os allotment thread to see if I can get some tips.
Love and hugs to all who need them... Going to stop procrastinating now and get on with my lists. xx

Sockdrawer -sounds daunting but lovely. Can you do the black plastic light exclusion stuff to at least start the process off? (The garden, not the psoariasis (which I also have but cant spell!)
Dusty - hope you feel better soon. I WAS in a good mood till the car died.
I have still done nothing other then drink tea and look at new(er) cars with gearboxes that actually work.
HHC at 10.15 anyone? ETA make that joining you Holly'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -

Hi all, I'm in again this week. This thread definitely helped me last week and house is looking better already.
I've already decluttered DD to school (DS playschool has teacher training), tidied and swept living room and got someone to come look at electrics on car - hoping that doesn't cost too much!
To (try to) do today:
Kitchen/dining area
Hoover out the car
Package up ebay sales
Load WM
Put clothes away
pigpen - being nosey! your DD is gorgeous

Good morning peeps
May i join back in again this week please.
As it was half term last week I decided to let Flying take a back seat to spending time with DD.
Still managed to keep on top of it though
Question- (please)
WM went bang on Thurs -blew all the electrics and when I went to investigate the kitchen was filled with a burning smell.
Turned evrything off- reset the fuse box and everything came back on normally-( phew!) Ignored the washing machine until DH could look at it on Saturday- emptied the dreaded cupboard under the sink- bonus! as I see its on the list today.
Sorry, I digress, husband says let's just check it before we pull everything out- It has a fused switch above the worktop with a plug behind the actual appliance. checked the fuse and there is power going to it - Turns the washing machine on and its working
Left it to go through the cycle no problem.
Put another load in yesterday and again its fine-Any suggestions as to what went wrong( no condensation or water nearby)
Reluctant to leave it unattended but whilst its still working - don't really want to spend out on a new one.
Thank you for reading to the end- waffle a bit don't I!:o0 -
