Morning everyone. The little ones have a non pupil day today so the aim is to stay home and finish the laundry and ironing mountains. I love going away for family holidays but it is so hard when there isn't a washing machine while you are away. 7 people x 2 outfits a day makes alot of washing.

I went to Disney on Ice on Saturday which was lovely but the transport was a nightmare. DH tried to help on the laundry front but mixed the colours / fabrics and I now have lots of pink t.shirts and a silk dress that would fit an 8 year old. DS1's jumper would fit struggle to fit Pigpen's adorable Squeak.

My car keys have not been found so I have had to order new ones at a cost of 103 pounds. I then have to arrange to get the car to Colchester for the lock to be reprogrammed. If the RAC won't take me then that is going to be another small fortune.

Better go and put a rocket under the DS1 as his bus leaves in 20 mins and he's not out of bed yet.

collected all dirty washing and sorted it into basket and washer
    fed and watered the cat

will pick up the list at some point when im back today
  • Morning all,

I'm in again this week. Back from Cub camp over the weekend so the first job after work is to sort out the rucksacks etc. The weather was good so not too much mud to wash off at least. Ddog2 rediscovered the collie in her when she came face to face with a sheep on the other side of a hedge (and yes, she was very firmly on a lead;)).

Work till 3 and then trying to restore order. Shall mealplan at lunchtime and do the shopping this evening after the boys have gone to hockey.

    Photos are so cute,Pigpen

Hugs to all who need them. Boys back at school today so can't leave them cleaning instructions like I did last week:D

Morning all! Looking forward to my 3rd week at this. Would be nice if DH didn't keep thwarting my attempts at keeping the living room tidy by constantly dumping his crap in here *sigh*. I can't complain too much, because he does clean the kitchen for me.

Will pop back later once today's tasks are up!
