done absolutly nothing today and have slept most of the day or wasted time on facebook. going to head to bed and sleep some more :D

back to work tomorrow and am going to change my painkiller cocktail so that i dont feel spaced out so that i can drive. might be sneaky and do the "light" painkillers that just take the edge off so i can drive in and then take the spacy out ones at work so they can see how they really affect me.

well best head to bed as jinks wants to play fetch and im not in the mood for a cat acting like a dog!

    RANT ALERT

**** day which just got ****er and had enough now so bed time soon!!! Plus note my lovely committed social services lead for the county has just emailed me saying how nice I am which is nice. We've been emailing to & fro for conference next week. I know I do what I do free but it's nice they will put in the additional work, showing they feel it's worth it :)

A quote from a friend with severe ME who I think is inspiring, I know there are many sufferers and family of sufferers in here
is chuffed with the run on the treadmill this evening and is proudly sticking up 2 fingers to 13 years of M.E. Beat my 10k target time some 10 weeks early!!
Ok crappy bits - NHS goes to GP control tomorrow, noone in the NHS seems to know what the **** they are doing including high level team leaders who haven't been informed they just know voluntary redundancy was refused, as of 9.30am they have no job and no idea what they are doing. ASD support team have had budget slashed so I'm seething! My swimming group was cancelled but they told the persons answering machine who is in Oz, not me! People in a meeting being basically b*tchy and that was so annoying. Someones questioned the costs for our conferences, £3-5k twice a year when parents are putting in over full time hours free **** holes. Oh and a website I'm supposed to populate by Tuesday still isn't finished and the designer is ignoring me!

    That's just SOME OF IT!!

ROLL ON TOMORROW - Hair cut and relax! .....well ok Hair cut and housework.....

    Hope you've all had a great day x x
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

That sounds like a complete nightmare lil_me and so rubbish that you have to cope with it... in fact, anything I say is so inadequate to my actual feelings about your post and the sheer carpiness of your whole situation that I'd better shut up or I will rant too. I'm just so sorry you find yourself in this position, and I don't even know if hugs will help x

    Morning All

Haven't managed to get on all week as DH has been at home and I've been at work. He has done a few jobs but there's still plenty more to be done this weekend.

I have a favour to ask - has anyone got sny spare Lego tokens out of the Mirror. I think DH has recycled some of the papers before I've taken the tokens out so now I haven't got enough as the recycling went on Tuesday.

Raphael - love the tattoo - but not having one myself!

    Hugs to all
