Textiles, languages, travel and a lovely home are not stupid things to want. You have immediate family's support.Appreciate what I've achieved so far. Other people's opinion of me is none of my business.0 -
I have finally sorted the last box of kids artwork - this has been on my list for months, was the last thing left on my Anniversary Challange and Demon sorting lists.:j :j :j
It feels so good and was actually a laugh showing the pictures to DS1 and saying what do you think you was painting here.
Not sure why I kept putting it off - actually I have a lot of 'emotional stuff' to deal with at the moment as to why I do and don't do stuff - I much prefer physical sorting
:(
Off to write a shopping list and to Mr M next and then I want to do enough in the garden to have the wheelie at bursting point by tomorrow. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Hee hee, our contingency plan if ever I get hauled into the hossy is to resurrect Mr LW's PJs that he hasn't worn for over 8 years from the loft, and I'll borrow those!:DMy mum also gave me an Evans voucher today for £25 as a presie to buy new pjs and slippers for my stay which was lovely.
Yeah, I do that, too..... A list too far, methinks!:DI'm a lean, mean, list making machine!!!
Edit: Just realised I've made a list of all the lists I plan to list....
It's never too late! Hop on board, grab a list and join the fun!Definately,_Maybe wrote: »I know I'm too late to join for the week but could I tag along for the ride?
I'll join the 13:00 HHC if I may, folks; I want to get the hall bookcases given a proper going over, which means moving a lot of heavy computer techie books from the top of the big one.:eek:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Just decluttering some lunch.
DW emptied, WM on. Cats fed and tidied.

OK I am about, but lacked the umph to do anything so far.
I am hoping that I can at least get the front room back to a room and not a playground! When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0
