yes it's not far. you can either come off there & follow signs to town centre or leave M60 at jct. 26 where the huge tesco is.

the shop is in the main precinct, (the first lot of shops you'll see has a next, but it's not a clearance store.

i was in there on saturday & they still have £2 tops for women & £3 tops for men. it's well worth a look.

sometimes if i'm not sure on something, i buy it, nip in bhs changing rooms to try it on, & the decide to either keep it or return to store straightaway. a bit messy, but saves a return trip to town.

About the returns, the Next clearance store I use is in the next town, but if things don't fit I take them back to my local standard Next in my own town, and they do a refund without any probs.

The new one in Irvine is hopeless for guys, I've been in it a few times since it opened and only bought 1 pair of jeans and even though not really at clearance prices. £23 I think they were. Polo shirts etc are all around £15 upwards and not really any cheaper than the nearest Next shop.

I went to the one in the clarks village in street, somerset on sat and bought some right bargins for the kids!!!!!
we're going to the states in april so thought i would get the baby some clothes in the sale now rather get them full price just before we go,
i wasn't disappointed!!!!!!

I reckon the best thing to find out when is their big sale will be is to call the actual clearence store itself.

they had shoes for a fiver (and some were actually really nice) back in June in their Bletchley, Milton Keynes store, and suit jacket for 8 pound.
