I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Just taking a break from eating the trick-or-treat choccies :o

BG engineer came out again yesterday, result was that the boiler is now isolated as he stated it is unsafe
Am awaiting the verdict after another visit with area manager tomorrow...hopefully they will accept defeat & fit a new boiler :D

DH has trotted off to Manchester to see Robert Plant....I am planning to have a quick surf (the lappy on my knee is keeping me warm!) and then have hot bath before I turn the immersion heater off and curl up under the duvet with my book.

Hester & Lamewolf, enjoy your Samhain celebrations.
Redruby, hope everything is ok for your dad.

I am not a true pagan believer :o but I think it's definately something I have more of an affinity with than the other mainstream religions. I really ought to read up on it a bit more really.

Pumpkins carved and look pretty good although the larger one I did I had drawn teeth for the bottom of his mouth but proceeded to cut straight accross :o
Took kids Trick or Treating to pre determined houses. I got a wee bit dressed up in my black cloak and black lipstick and witches hat - well you just gotta join in ;)

Rudruby - sending you and your dad positive thoughts.

I have a job interview tomorrow and i am panicing! It's in london and i'm so worried about how much it will cost to get up there - but if i get the job the increase in wages will make the journey worth it! I really really want it, i just want to get away from my office and start somewhere fresh!

Bought a new suit yesteday (primark - skirt, jacket, shirt and shoes for under £30!) had a relaxing bath and painted my nails and have done my hair. Just need to prep my answers and do some more reading up on the company!
