Talk Talk

My son has been with talk talk for around 6 months now and has had nothing but problems, the last 3 weeks they have had no telephone or broadband at all even though they have had several engineers out. Can they cancel their contract without being heavily penalised or what other options would they have? Any help would be appreciated

When you say no phone... you mean DEAD line? Not even 999 calls? If so he has them over a barrel! :) No 999 access on the phone line is something OFCOM seriously frown on - big time!

They have no line at all totally dead, and if they were not using a dongle they have borowed they would have no internet either. They are just fed up with the whole thing, everytime talk talk say things have been repaired in the past it has gone off in a few days again, but, this time is rediculous.
