I know the circumstances are different - i.e. your temporary problem re the OP's permanent problem, but it is worth a shot.0 -
I am in a similar situation with Orange at the min, 7 months into a 24 month contract, in the past month no signal at all, they won't recognise there is a problem with there local transmitter but they said I could get out of the contract had I had the original phone I got with them on contract which I don't have.
I had same problem, purchased used one on ebay and sent it as replacement. All was settled without problems.0
