Most networks will give you a free micro SIM if you ask customer services or ask in one of their stores, it's not as much fun, but it's easier for most people

It's really simple to cut a normal sim down.

There are many how-to guides on the net (some even have printable templates to download) or you can try your local phone shop, I noticed mine has a little cutter machine to punch the mini sim out.

Or even buy a sim cutter on ebay.co.uk
