I made 6 orders in 3 different email accounts and 4 items havent turned up and it was the ones I really wanted as I was going to use them as presents.
Now i'm going to have to phone them and do all the chasing around. There is no way this many parcels can go missing- i think they simply didn't even send them.
It's also embarrassing as I told all my friends about the glitch and they also haven't recieved their stuff so they'll have to go chasing back their money too. I think they'll think twice about ordering from them too- well they deserve that atleast.

i had it saying theyd been shipped. i think your better just chasing them up and getting your money back sooner if your lucky maybe theyll resend if its in stock. i was a regular and am thinking twice now shall tell my friends that tooA big thank you to all those who post on the forum and make it a worthwhile place!!!:j0

I just don't know what to do! I would much rather have the stuff I ordered....they were some gorgeous bracelets for Christmas prezzies and a ring for moi! But if they don't ever turn up I would still want my money back. Is there a limit on how long you should wait to contact them? Say if I waited another week and then contacted them could they refuse to give me a refund?0 -

All Mine have been delivered. Except for the one I made in my ohs name to be delivered to his house. So I emailed them (coincidentally it was the one account that had a track this parcel option on it that never worked!) got a reply within the hour telling me that theyd contacted the courier (at3am in the morning?!) and it had been lost but it would be delivered on or before 10/11/10 so im holding my breath and waiting

I contacted ASOS regarding my missing orders yesterday and they told me to hang on until today.
Well, they haven't arrived so I emailed them and they are supposedly lost, so they're issuing a refund. I'm really disappointed and I genuinely don't think my orders were sent out in the first place.
I've ordered from ASOS many times and not once has my order gone missing. Isn't it funny that two orders have gone missing this time?
I sent them a 'strongly-worded' email that voiced my dissatisfaction and they sent me a 10% off code to use on my next order. What a joke! It suffices to say that I will not be utilising the code.0 -
I took the plunge and used their contact us page and they've emailed me back 5 minutes later to say:
"Thank you for your email, and I’m sorry to hear you’ve not received your order.
I have checked and can confirm that unfortunately the parcel has been lost with our carrier. I have processed a replacement for your order which will be with you on or before 11/11/10."
Thank god for that! I was expecting them to say they were giving me a refund and I was getting ready to write a 'strongly-worded' email too! Maybe it depends what Customer Service Advisor responds?
I still don't understand how so many orders can go missing! I'm still waiting for a response for my other order that I haven't received. Will have to wait and see if they replace them or refund me!
EDIT: Received an email on the other order and they are replacing them aswell!0
