All my orders have now landed :j! Came over 4 working days even though ordered within the same 24 hour period. Pringle socks, tweezerman tweezers, jelly belly bath set and S&G make up bag set for the grand total of £7.60. This one is going down as one of my all time favourates!! Will take some beating & thanks again to OP & all who contributed !!

Well my Mum received my last order and I picked it up from her yesterday! The S&G Hatbox had been put in a bag along with a Cath Kidston mirror! As you can imagine the hat box was very battered! Unuseable as a gift thats for sure and the mirror didnt come in a giftbox like it had in other orders?! So I emailed last night stating I would need a new hatbox and how to return? Also mentioning the lack of a giftbox for the mirror! This morning I had an email saying they would send me a new hatbox out and to destroy the 1 I have and they will refund me the money for the mirror as they are OOS! I didnt ask for a new mirror though??? Anyway that means I get 1 S&G hatbox, Cath Kidston Mirror and a bashed up hatbox for the sum of 0.00!!!! I seriously think ASOS is 1 of the best companies for Customer Service thats for sure! Oh and I had a code for 10% off my next order too!!!!

my hat box was also all bashed i was gonna give it out as an xmas gift but cant. i just emailed them on how to return it. 1 order still to come a little dress for my 3 year old im hoping it comes today

I have just had a returns note for an item that I never received, has anyone else had this!? Very strange! Aside from this I am waiting on 2 more things

are you talking about the button mirrors from cath kidston?
i ordered 3 of those and none came in gift boxes

Can I just add, I ordered batiste dry shampoo the diva option, to get up to £11 and it smells so nice and refreshes hair, I am so pleased I ordered it

Finally my 2nd ordered has arrived- was due on or before yesterday.

still no sign of mine think they have been lost somewhere in the !!!!!!! sorting office couple weeks back my postie knocked on my door and apologised about 2 items he was delivering said they had been there for 2 weeks before i received them grrrrr was looking forward to getting them too i had a few parcels delivered this afternoon that i know was only posted in the middle of this week
