I've still not received my orders...

Still waiting for 2 of my orders and they were the only ones that contained jewellery.....don't know if that's a coincidence?

I contacted ASOS regarding my missing orders yesterday and they told me to hang on until today.

Well, they haven't arrived so I emailed them and they are supposedly lost, so they're issuing a refund. I'm really disappointed and I genuinely don't think my orders were sent out in the first place.

I've ordered from ASOS many times and not once has my order gone missing. Isn't it funny that two orders have gone missing this time?

oh no ive just emailed about my missing one im fuming now if they do just refunded it was a dress i really wanted

did you use the system on website or just reply to last email from them?

It's very annoying. There are quite a few people on here who are still waiting for orders to arrive. I wouldn't be surprised if ASOS had deliberately kept some orders back so they wouldn't lose out too much.

I just replied to the one they sent me yesterday. If it hasn't arrived within a certain timeframe, I think they have to refund.

I recieved my last order today but all the others arrived last thursday, so you never know your orders may still turn up.

I've been put off too and I've been shopping with them for years.

Thanks for trying to be positive but I just can't see them coming now. Even if they did, I've been refunded so I shouldn't really accept them.
