    Hi Ceridwen,
Thank you for your advice:D. I was reassured by your message and went ahead and baked it placing the silicon trays on the baking tray as you suggested and they turned out lovely. We have almost polished off on loaf, well my OH has as he is the real bread fan in the house:j

Love the CFR website too ... very well done! What alot of hard work has gone into it!

I am doing a menu for 1 though and wondered if there is any advice on how best to do it on here? My freezer isn't big enough to follow the plan for a month and freeze everything so it lasts 4 months? does anyone else use this menu for 1?

Tizercat, most recipes occur more than once on the plan, would there be space in your freezer for two months? Saves cooking every night!
My Oh eats meat and I am a veggie so we do tend to have separate meals form each planner. We 'cherry pick' The recipes we especially like and just have them more often over the month- the downside is that you have to write your own shopping list.
    I hope that makes sense?

I need to get some silicon loaf "tins"...I had some normal ones but they got scratched and turned rusty, so I can't use the no-knead recipe anymore until I replace them! Not that 10 minutes of kneading is a HUGE deal, but it would be nice on the days when I'm really tired...

Resolved my problem of doing the menus for 1 as now have 2 students to cater for. Did the Roast chicken dinner today...was delicious. Have used the leftovers for a Chicken pie...now in the freezer for next Sunday....and still have enough Chicken left over to make some soup for my work lunches :)

Onion Tart tomorrow already made :)
