Boots -swap old mascara to get deluxe sample clinique mascara

I got two today, yippee! She took my name and phone number though, not sure why! They were the lengthening ones, I really wanted the impact one but she had none left, so she told me to come back and she'd give me one. Bless!

Got mine today, no problems at all, thanks for the tip-off. Had an old dried up mascara at the back of my drawer - who says it doesn't pay to hoard! :rotfl:

Got my impact mascara from my lovely SA yesterday, apparently the samples are worth £10 each so I have had £30 worth of mascara for nowt! Woo! There are another couple of Boots locally with Clinique counters and I too have a stash of old mascaras... hmm.

Do you have to trade an old full size mascara or will an old sample size be ok? Got some dried up No7 sample size floating around somewhere....:)

Lovely SA in Carmarthen today, had loads of samples available and a nice stand especially for the exchange!

Don't know if some will accept them but the one my carer went to wouldn't accept a sample.

I traded a 17 brand sample for my Clinique sample haha

Just wanted to let people know that not every Boots branch is talking part in this offer. It's only the Boots branches that actually stock Clinique products and not all of them do. Sales assistant told me this morning when I went to Boots in Halifax. They don't by the way so for anyone in Halifax planning a visit the nearest branch doing the offer is Huddersfield or Leeds.
