we know the road names start with A-C are more expensive compared to those start with L-N. We think it's because those A-C are closer to tube. K & N
That's correct.
We looked at a few houses in Morden which were lovely but did not like the area. I would advise that you view a few houses and try to keep an open mind.
Prefer Sutton & Cheam. You could also try W Sutton and Sutton Common, which have a direct train to Wimbledon. Train from Sutton to Wimbledon takes 17 mins appx. There are two trains an hour off peak and a more frequent service during peak times.
