OP: the PB is a very decent netbook -- read the thread. :)

It may be a decent netbook. Terrible retailer.

I would only buy from them if the product was dirt cheap, as effectively my warranty would be worthless.

Then read up on the TechGuys and then think about how life will be if something actually goes wrong with the machine. You have been warned. :)
Also when someone says 'be warned', u really should check out their past posts/threads (history) -- abusive to the extreme.

More of 'Donnie' and his helpful advice here

Apologies to the OP: but this 'Donnie' has been abusive to me for the last six months now ; so the above posts -- his 'advice' - take with caution.

Sticking to the topic... do a search on the TechGuys. They were featured on last weeks Watchdog. They are the ones who will be servicing your Netbook. Don't be swayed by someone's excitement over their new machine. Look at the overall experience with the retailer and decide as to whether it is the way that you wish to travel.

Certain people attempt to bombard you with 'advice' which isn't really advice at all. Look at both sides of the argument and don't be swayed.

Stick within your budget and decide as to whether this laptop will offer you anything more than a laptop costing less. Look at the cost of an extended warranty.

Take everything into account, not just the rantings of an 'enthusiast'.
