I still think this is a bargain - even at the increased price of £47.97 - Amazon link here

This is selling at Tesco for £116.99 (and that's with 10% off RRP) and at DVD.co.uk for £98.95 (and that's with 24% off RRP).

We all know the cost of Disney DVDs and so the Amazon price of £47.97 still represents a fantastic bargain. What's more, Disney buffs (like me:rolleyes:) know that this collection will only increase in value as in true Disney style the collection will not be around for in the shops for long and then the fights begin on Ebay. One box collection of three films that I own is available on Amazon marketplace for between £125 and £159, and from watching sales on Ebay I know that Out of Print Disney DVDs do sell for this sort of money.

So overall - definitely still a huge bargain and should IMHO still be on the main Grabbit thread - because I'm Amazon will realise soon that they are still making a mistake and put the price up yet again!!

I totally agree with hesjane I too collect disney dvds (even though I'm 21) and £47.97 for ten disney dvds is still a great bargain where else can you buy disney dvds for £4.79 each especially classics such a cinderella, mary poppins, dumbo and bambi?? Even with the current bogof offer on disney dvds they'll cost yah at least £7.50 each! And this boxset will def increase in value once its put back into the disney vault and becomes out of print!

Moneysaving? - I cant stop spending because of this site!
  • Why do people think it would be a mis-price - the price it is now is what it was before it dropped to £17.97 - why would they change the price if there was no need to?
Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.
