No. However my (admittedly scanty) knowledge of profit margins in this area makes me think that Amazon will not be taking too much of a hit by selling at £17.95. Therefore in the interests of customer satisfaction I think they will honour the orders. Perhaps perversely they could use the additional sales to try and negotiate a better deal with Disney. I am however speculating when I say that.
The reason why the iPod Nano misprice was dealt with in the way it was is because the profit margin on iPods is very very low and Amazon would have lost a substantial amount of money by honouring the mis-price.0 -

just under 50 now must have realised that they made a mistake0

still a good price - clearly not as good as 17.97 - but going on ebay for around £600

I paid for this using the £20 voucher they gave me for the misprice Nano fiasco. So disappointed as I really wanted one.
I then made a seperate order for a set of headphones and used the remainder of the voucher which was quoted as 49p.
Does that mean that as they have accepted the voucher it is the same as if I had the money taken on a credit card and they are now legally obliged to honour the original price?
Any advice greatfully received.0 -
