How long did it take for you to get your money back ?

In my case, no goods were delivered, so eventually, I asked for a refund. 3 and half weeks later and I'm still waiting - I wonder if the company is still solvent.

Buying from First Furniture has been a dreadful experience !

Apparently, 24% would recommend First Furniture.

I strongly suspect, that the positive reviews have been left by their own employees.

If you buy a bed make sure you check it has the relevant british standard particularly for bunk beds . Also don't pay until you know when it will be delivered.
Also check with companies house we check how long they have been established and if anyone else connected with the company has a history of dissolved companies .

Setting up a profile to run down other companies is for losers.
