Instead of MSEandrea BEING THE MOUTHPIECE for LOWELL s, propaganda guru , invite him to come on MSE and debate in open forum why LOWELL ,s use illegal methods to collect debts that are statute barred , why they inundate people with ten letters a week , why they ignore letters telling them they are pursuing the wrong person for a debt , then phone up to fifteen times a day threatening and intimidating vulnerable people ,i dont think anyone would object to that , i for one would relish the chance to debate with LOWELL ,s , this will never happen , because they could not defend theire rotten illegal methods ,think again MARTIN .

And report them to the police for threatening behavior, to your telephone company for harrassment , to your mp ,to watchdog , tell your friends , tell anybody who will listen , The ridiculous attempt at damadge limitation by James of LOWELL complaints resolution team , must be exposed for what it is , an atempt by LOWELL ,s to reinvent themselves as a caring company while they still with ever increasing venom bombard theire victims with vitriolic phone calls , and all manner of illegal nasty underhand rotten ploys to make people pay up whether they owe anything to LOWELL s , or not , MARTIN once again rethink your strategy for MSE .

This matter will not go away , I with many other MSE members are extremely concerned , I insist that MARTIN LEWIS himself comes on the forum and explain why he has allowed LOWELLS to post on the forum , I will keep on asking untill he does .

For me there are several issues here:

1) I would not want to see people making posts and then being hassled by DCA's on the forum. People are harrassed enough without being harrassed on MSE too. This is meant to be their release and escape from this oppresive behaviour.

2) At the same time, companies should be allowed an opportunity to put things right. However because of the sensitive nature of this forum, and the fact that people use it in confidence and would be discouraged from doing so if they thought the very same companies were allowed to respond directly, I don't think allowing them to do so is appropriate. Perhaps a DCA complaints department sticky of where people can make their complaints to, to allow DCA's the opportunity to put things right, but without direct posts would be a good middle ground. As already said, we can then let them hang themselves as if people post the outcome of their complaints handling!

3) DCA's are terrified of forums such as this, because collectively, the knowledge of people on these forums has been hurting them for some time. I would not want to see what happened at CAG, where many experienced people left as a result of letting Lowells respond directly to posts on there, because of the ill feeling it caused.

4) Because of the above, if I was a DCA, if I wanted to disrupt this collective knowledge, I would divide and conquer the forum membership by exactly this sort of behaviour. I don't want to see the MSE DFW board follow the same route so please don't allow this to happen.

The advice given by long term posters on this forum is , Do not phone a DCA , Do not email aDCA , MSE ANDREA has allowed herself to be the mouthpiece of LOWELL ,s who are asking posters to contact them by EMAIL , there is something fundamentally wrong when a company who operate a filthy rotten corrupt often ilegall debt collection scam , are given posting rights on a forum dedicated to help and advise posters whose life has been made hell by the very same company , They dare not come on this forum and debate their collection methods beacause they would be shot full of holes , I think this is disgracefull , it is also disgracefull that we have not got an explanation , my respect for the management of this forum is fast running out .please answer .
