iphone vs samsung galaxy s

I have an iPhone4 which I use for my business and a Galaxy S which is for personal use. Self employed, so I end up paying for both!

As a former 3GS owner and iPhone fan I find myself most impressed by the Galaxy S - somewhat unexpectedly. Android is certainly coming on fast and overall is a great experience. The wide range of free apps is a huge bonus.
The Galaxy has an excellent screen and seems nicely made.
I would say that the iPhone is a little better built and has the camera flash that the Galaxy S lacks.

I have had a number of technical issues with the iP4 which have rather put me off it. It tends to be unreliable when used with my Bluetooth car kit and drops out. I also have call drops even when there is a good signal in normal use. Not frequently, but often enough to be annoying. The Galaxy S is more reliable and I'm looking forward to further improvement through Android 2.2

Don't overlook the Android Orange San Francisco. I got one for my daughter for about £90. Its terrific value and does about 80% of what the GS or iP4 do, at a fraction of the cost!
