£98 is defo better than nothing better to have paid something off with it rather than these companies adding interest to it.

Well have got the avon run tonight.....after the kids have finished there dinner, I think doing this teaches them the value of money as the money we make goes towards doing something for the month and it's £40 that I don't need to find ;)

then come home and chill out with the blankets on the couch and watch a couple of ghost whisperers as the dvd arrived today :T (I sold a wii game before purchasing this so it balanced itself out lol)

I love this diary thing it defo makes you think before you spend x

    NOVEL ALERT!!!!!!!

Been a busy bee today, transferred my Monthly £31 into my savings account today for the £365 in 365 days so well on target and paid another £50 towards the Capital One Card :T

Walked all the way into town and back and spent £32

Paid £7 into one of the kids bank accounts as I had £7 in coopers and 5p's so instead of splitting it I match it

Picked up DD's jacket from Tailors cost £8.50 to get arms adjusted but it was only £2 in Charity Shop and it's Mango so still got a bargain with it being adjusted.

Went to Poundland and got new bath scrunchies, Milk, Paper towels and a new smelly thing for my living room so spend £4 in there then went to homebargains and spent 99p on 3 tins of tuna :)

Had to pop into boots and get my DS Simple baby shampoo as he has eczema and this is the only one that doesn't irritate his skin but used my clubcard points for this so saved £2.03 :T

Went for a nosey into new look as I needed new vest tops got 2 for £3.98 but I had a gift card from xmas so again didn't spend out my own pocket today lol

headed to tesco to get lettuce and tomatoes and picked up two bottle of water and a snack size bag of grapes think i spent about £3.50

also treated myself to a couple of magazines as its Trashy Tuesday lol the thing i look forward to every week as I don't really spend any money on myself so that was £2.50 plus I give them to my gran after i've finished them lol

just chilling right now got a washing to put out but all stiff from the walk lol :rotfl:

I'm determined to change that though :o ...I'm off into town tomorrow i hope i do as well for so little lol

well had a productive morning....I cleaned my car :o not done it in ages and found £1 :j which went straight into my sealed tin :j

treated it to a hoover which cost me £1.50 and a wiped down as well as new rubber car mat £8.99 from B&M and some new car freshners for 69p, really needed new car mat as the ones i had were wearing thin and were becoming a hazard by sticking under my pedals so quite chuffed. No point washing the outside of it as it's bucketing down here.

No debt repayments just now I don't get paid til the 10th so they're probably won't be til then but i'll continue to watch my pennies.

Working tonight 5pm til 9 pm  pointless shift but hey every penny helps I guess but means i'll prob need to put £20 in the car tomorrow as I'm working back shift tomorrow and Friday so start at 2.30pm and finish at 11pm :( someones got to do it x

woop woop just got my statement in from the Capital one credit Card and I'm £10 under in my estimation :j so my up to date total is £2675.21 instead of £2685.05 so just over a tenner and it's made my day...silly ain't it. Miniumum payment is meant to be £80 and estimated interest is sitting at £37.74 for next month so I'm well chuffed :D

off to update my signature x

    Hi Abba
Sorry I've not posted for a day or so but my laptop died, all fixed now though so I'm a happy bunny again!

I love finding money in the car and down the sofa, I'm going to have a good hunt round to see if there are any more pennies lurking.

Good news about your credit card statement and the interest is coming down for you as well, you'll be there before you know it!

I'm going to try Home Bargains tomorrow I really need to get my grocery bill down and I am impressed with your £40 per week I'll let you know what I manage to find.

    Take care xx
