Afternoon
wee ones eating lunch, I’ve finished mine so have done my banking sent £327 over to the savings past the £2.5k mark woo how still to put £100 in commission from avon in there too as soon as I collect all the money
all my customers have been messaged and deliveries have been arranged for tonight. Hopefully I get rid of the majority of them.
finish work at 3.30pm tonight then I’ll get my last workout of the week out of the way then I’ll start my Friday cleaning ritual where everything gets disinfected and hoovered within a inch of it’s life
my gran might be getting released from hospital next week we are no further forward in finding out what is wrong with her, the hospital she is in is not very good they just don’t seem to care tbh. So I want her home so I can keep an eye on her.My sister has bought her teddy bear bedding and new curtains so need to nip down to hers this weekend and I’ll get my grans bedroom all sorted for her coming home, Abbie is still staying there with her bf and they are happy to stay with her as long as the careers come in 4 times a day like the hospital said they would. Need to get WiFi installed tho in her house if they continue to stay there as Abbie needs it for her college course xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.055 -

It’s February.........how did that happen
oh well might as well start the month off with a bang.......
so with a combination of no council tax to pay this month, child benefit, survey money and avon commission I have now £3064.77 in my re render account.
also the mum who quit her job due to the long hours got the managers job she applied for so although that means I start work at 6.30am Monday to Friday I’ll have a good amount to put by every week as I don’t rely on this money. So extra pennies.
really need to sit down and get a estimate of how much I should be able to put away right up til the last week of April as would love to get my driveway done this year as well seeing as there are no holidays for the year. Might as well see the benefit of no holidays this year.
need to go pay my avon invoice today as well as my final gas bill from old supplier
also bit the bullet and made an appointment with my bank who are offering a 5 year mortgage at 1.79% and seeing as our financial broker hasn’t bothered to reply to my email I’ve decided I’m going to attempt at securing the remortgage by myself as my current mortgage is at 5.38% and they base affordability at 6/7% which isn’t a kick off where we are at just now. Even if I need to take the mortgage over 20 years for the affordability checks then just over pay it every month I’m happy to do that so we have an appointment at 10.30am on Saturday over the telephone for a AIP then this should get the ball rolling. If for some reason we can get this our mortgage provider is offering us a mortgage at 3.8% which is still high but better than what we are on.
I think it will look good when we have the appointment that they can see we have the £3k in the bank only downside is hubby is going to realise I’ve paid off his credit card and I’ve managed to put this amount of money into the savings. Oh well.NEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.054 -
