Morning
Well it's done I've paid off my Very Account and the Halifax after juggling a couple of accounts about, don't worry I haven't touched my emergency fund. I'm so pleased and any money Abbie pays me for her phone goes straight to my savings as well so I happy with that. So no more debt repayments for me just now woo hoo.
I've paid off £7139.16 this year in debt repayments, cleared two credit cards savings about £200 a month in repayments, that's a lot of money but in the long run I'm glad it's done. Just hubby's other card to tackle expect plenty of swear words when I find out how much is on that card but it can wait, he's paying minimums on it at the moment so I'm going to enjoy not having to put lots of money towards the debt.
Now to get saving. Things I want to save for are:
Holiday savings (spending money and money for some clothes and new trainers for everyone)
Need to get a quote for the back garden as I want it reslabbed and made the same level plus new back stairs then this means the back garden is completely finished.
And just to have money in a savings account in general so that if something big needs purchased I don't need to rely on credit cards if that makes sense
Today's plan is to paint the skirting boards in the hallway now that hubby's fitted the trims its quick drying so Peggy is at my grans so need to venture into the garage of doom and find the paint. this should be fun lol
Washing already on the line and another one in the machine so a productive morning so far.
Right if you don't hear from me in a couple of days I've probably tripped over something in hubby's garage and haven't been found

You're still managing to workout! I am just about managing to get out on one walk a day
Have a lovely day. I would be tempted to look at the credit card though, just so I know how it is!
