I used to weigh myself on my wii fit until i realised that if i weighed myself on one part of the carpet i was 4lb heavier....so always weighed where i could find the best spot (not really very good as sometimes i hadn't lost any weight and the wii would lie to me lol) I tried to always go to SW once a month at least (or boots if i couldn't make it) as their scales are far superior to the wii one!
And LMCD what a bargain on the suitcase!!! I never find decent bargains in ours like that! That's why i try and get out to the boot fairs round here that's the best bet for a bargain in our areaMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. Hi Abba
Sorry for not popping in but its been a manic week. Sounds as though you're being highly organised with the debt busting as per usual. Have you seen your man again? I know what you mean about needing abit of a spark, I was terrible in my dating days, if there was no spark I wasn't interested but at least you're getting a no strings attached night out.
I need to do some exercise at some point, when the weathers nicer I will get my bike out for the school run, it'll get me fitter and save some petrol money.
Hope you had a nice time with your Gran xxx0 -

afternoon people
Went to the gym today and only did 40 minutes on the crosstrainer and the rower but burned off 439 calories :T
had to nip into work and get my re-assessment which went well have been told i'm getting a couple of extra shifts for 3 weeks due to one of the girls going on maternity leave x
Nipped into tesco and spent £26 :j:j topping up the fridge and some snacks and bits and bobs should have been £34 but saved £8 on multibuys :T
Car Payment came out today so need to update my signature to reflect this, not sure if i'm going to the hit the £2k mark this month as this monrht is all about money and i've still to pay for the kids photographs altho my lovely gran gave me a tenner towards the pack wich was lovely of her x
I'm determined to do the £2k mark this month so will need to wait til the end of the month and see how i'm doing money wise.NEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -

well i'm boggered lol
walked into town and burned 492 calories :T
got my gran her birthday present, got her a bottle of Chanel No5.....i remember getting it for her when she turned 60 and she cried down the phone, well shes now 73 this year so i decided to treat her cost me £44.97 but my wee bro is paying £15 towards it, also got her birthday cards, it's not til next wednesday but i'm trying to be organised.
also paid the rent arrears of £41.47 so will be adding that to my debt total in a min, nipped into bhs and bought a bra (was defo needed as my only black one has had it as i stuck my finger through it this morning at the strap bit near the hooks :rotfl: no shame in it lol so popped into BHS and found one for £12 reduced to £8.00 :j then nipped into superdrug as needed foundation and got maybelienne one for only £7.19 instead of £9.19 at boots :j
Have handed in the kids orders for their pictures so bye bye £35 well technically it's £25 as my gran paid £10 towards them
on the way back i nipped into lidls and bought 2 packs of the cooked chicken slices (DS loves them in sandwiches) and as there were two left i bought them both lol you get 14 massive slices in each pack and they only cost £1.69so £3.48 for 28 slices of cooked chicken........you don't get that in tescos or asdas do you???????
also bought a massive bottle of fairy washing up liquid for 99p in Lidl too so got that for nearly half price too lol
so defo got some bargains today
just feels this month all i've done is pay money out.
need to top the gas up as well but i'm hoping I can put that off til tomorrow lol
hope everyone is well xNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
