illness stops play for me today i'm afraid :( Just hoping its not full blown flu and that i can shake it off for tomorrow - OH has offered to take me out :jI am so restless though - i want to get on and achieve something but i can only do something for a few minutes and then need a lie down - though i'm not sure that is making me feel any better... debating just getting up and getting something done regardless but i feel rotten :(

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend x

    Hi DDfw

Sorry to hear you are feeling rotten. Your body is telling you to stop and let it heal itself. I know I've been there and that type of exhaustion is very debilitating. Drink plenty of water and try and relax.
    God bless :)

    Hi ebay queen

Thank you so much for your kind words :) I didn't do anything yesterday as too ill to do so and today looks like it will go the same way :o Its just frustrating as i wanted to achieve so much this weekend and i wanted to enjoy the weekend too. I was speaking to my mum yesterday and said i've been ill every weekend for the last few weeks and maybe because i was feeling so exhausted (thhyroid problem) i was just picking up illnesses really easily. I was actually sat with someone at work last week who had flu _pale_ They did eventually go home. And my mum said 'of course thats whats happening' - i just hadn't realised for a while.

Anyways i really hope everyone else is having a fab day. I sold 7 small items on ebay yesterday and have a few more things ending today

Well done on the ebay sales DDFW, sorry to hear you are feeling rough. You do so much, you need to look after yourself too! Another great thing about long weekends is about having the freedom to do what you want when you want. Don't put the pressure on yourself (says her that does exactly the same :rotfl:).

Well done on the huge overpayment though, that's great! I'm sure you'll be able to make it up again.

Well done on finishing the path though, I bet it looks good!

    Hi everyone :D

Hypno many thanks for stopping by - sounds like you had a lovely hols :)

ebayqueen & jwil - i am doing my best to get well but as you can see i'm up quite early for me on a monday  - the coughing and nose blowing just made a lie-in impossible :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Still i hope that this is the tail-end of the pesky thing! So am feeling a little brighter today - although i have only just got up so we will see

After OH suggesting a clear out of the stuff we own jointly but don't really use he's now trying to wriggle out of this :naughty: So in a bit i'm going to lift a section of things out of the cupboard and after he's got up and gone out and come back then we can tackle it ;) As i'm pretty sure he's not going to want it leaving in the middle of the living room :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have checked banking and nothing due in tomorrow  i'll check tomorrow for wednesday as i want to borrow as little as possible to cover my mistaken overpayment :o ebay sales ended but the things i sold were all lower priced stuff 99p starts - still they are gone and it all counts both in clutter going out and money coming in :T

So as i thought it could be - the feeling better was just a false start and am feeling thoroughly rotten now bleurgh! I have however moved pots (OH's job but apparently its bank hols ) Then washed up - pots needed moving before others could be washed. Wiped down all sides in the kitchen. Lifted out a section of things as i said i would :) Listed 1 item on e-bay and listed a book for sale on greenmet. Been screened out of a survey!

Going through another shift in my assessment of things again - although i'm not sure how much more of my own stuff i can pare down :o I have got the classic dilemma of a wardrobe bursting with clothes - it is after all only a small wardrobe and houses my coats (think think winter things) jackets (see coats desciption) and also i have nothing to wear  A drastic re-appraisal is needed i feel. The trouble is i go through my stuff and think - oh suchabody bought that for me, ooh that jumpers gorgeous i should really wear it again - what i need to do is put some money specs on and go through it all going thats 99p on ebay ooh thats 4.99 etc - as in these are the start prices i'll put things on at :)

I watched SATC 2 the other day and was remineded of the closet? carrie has - the walk in wardrobe thing - wouldn't that be just lovely and of course everything would be tidy because there is a place for everything :T - definitely being added to my wish list for my next home - a house big enough to have a closet built :j:j:j - it is a wish list after all ;)
