Wardrobe inventory (from the rail I've been sorting out)
1 winter coat - had it years (literally about 15 years now ) and wear it every year
1 going out cardi - like a coat but not as thick and bought whilst on holidays - worn it every year since i've had it
1 coat - not very thick but not very light weight either - is beautiful was a gift and i wear this lots too
1 stunning long denim skirt - bought as a gift for me whilst on holibags
1 long going out skirt - beautiful and worn every year since purchase - can't you tell i've had things for years :rotfl::rotfl:
Long skirt - my go to christening outfit
3 pairs of summer trousers - ideal for holidays, smart/casual - again had now for about 8 years  still look fab though
1 pair of skinny jeans that are too skinny for me at the mo. these are a sort of measure against my weight and I are a bit of a goal - looking forward to being able to wear these again
2 pairs of jeans - casual worn lots
2 pairs of work trousers
1 smart black dress can be worn for various formal occasions was a gift
1 shirt dress can be worn for day or evening
2 dresses - evening wear for meals out etc.
6 dresses more summery but can be dresses up or down for day or evening and all get worn
1 wedding outfit - worn to quite a few of these and still get compliments after 8 years - it was expensive though *gulp*
1 corset outfit - stunning - looking forward to going to a gothic wedding in this - had this for 12 years  again was expensive
2 dresses which I've had for about 16years and even OH has pleaded I don't part with them
Finally 1 fancy dress outfit :T

Well, I can't think of anything to part with out of that little lot.
Any advice greatfully received
Since my last post had a very scrummy and cheap (was reduced) lunch. Photo'd lots for e-bay and thought I may as well start listing things as will take a while to do it all tonight. Only to discover it's not free listing for me this weekend
Don't know why but as I'd done all the work to put 1 item on I listed the few cheaper things that I had sorted out and the rest will have to wait
Re-listed a few items too - fingers crossed for sales please everyone
Picked up and printed off to new MS's :j
Finished 1 lot of drying and moved most of it, About to get some pots done in a mo. and then I'll be doing some Study work :T First of all will have a quick potter on here and hope the washing machine finishes in that time. Best put all this e-bay stuff back to.CC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

Hi All!
Well, got up later than I wanted to this morn but I was up alot in the night with a bad tum - think it is to do with work - always happens before i'm due in and i am beginning to think it could be the worry
Had to make a complaint call to a company today after a member of staff who spoke to me was extremely rude :eek::mad: Feel completely stressed out at the mo. what with work, debt etc. and the bad manners and outright rudeness was just so unexpected it really upset me.I think things can get to me a bit more because of my money worries - if something goes wrong its like everything is too much for me - no idea if i'm making any sense here. But if there were no debts or other worries this unprofessionalism was absolutely uncalled for - i was making a simple enquiry in a polite manner. Well complaint now been raised and i await their response... feel better than if i had just simply not said anything and let it worry me. So will await their response.
Update is - done 2 x free bingo. looked for MS's and not picked any up and plod on with the great declutter. lots of work to do for college so a going to do a bit of this now.
Oh had to raise a non payment dispute for an item on ebay
Will find out about a possible car this week so will update once i've heard on that.
Hope the week has started brightly for everyoneCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Hi Everyone
Well its an earlyish start to the day. Got a bit of college work done. Discovered why the need to make a quick call is never just that :rotfl: What with the rude person on the phone yesterday that didn't even answer my query and the subsequent call I had to make to complain and resolve the question that I had that meant what should have been 5 minutes maximum of my time was in fact at least an hour.
Today made a call to college - they tried to transfer me to the right department - which you can only get to by a different department transfering you - and there was no answer so they will arrange for someone to call me back. Spent 10 mins on the phone - lady was lovely to speak with but now i'm waiting for a callback and what with working 2 jobs and doing MS's when i can there isn't a vast amount of time in the day when I can receive a call which was the whole point of me ringing now. Oh well, can't be helped i suppose - just feels like i'm doing a lot and not getting very far.
3 MS's to get through today as well as work and some study.
Done a little study this morning and will take my book with me although I will need to read up my MS's on the way into work.
Got my 2 free bingo done
Transferred the last bit of e-bay money over.
Discovered I hadn't requested a transfer of my greenmet money so will wait on this in case more books are sold :j
Very luckily checked an account - I have only just set up a DD and discovered they may be due to take this money now rather than the date i requested :eek::eek: Was fortunate to have checked this before I transferred some money off target 1 so have left just enough in there to cover this *eep* Would have been most upsetting if I had not checked this - not had any statements or anything to confirm they are taking the money either so i could even be wrong
Have a good Tuesday allCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Hi DDFW, just catching up, I haven't been around for ages, sorry!
You have been so busy! You put me to shame!
I haven't got any good suggestions with your wardrobe I'm afraid, it sounds like you use everything. There doesn't seem much point in getting rid of things you love and use as you will only end up replacing them. Sorry!
Sorry to hear about your rude phone call, things like that can really get to you.
I hope you are making time for yourself amongst all the busy-ness!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Hi Everyone - sorry I've not posted much - all been down to a lack of time really. Should have been achieving lots of things today but am poorly
really has put me behind on alot of things. Would love just to get warm, curl up and leave everything but that is just not an option.
So, I have dusted living room, may vacuum in a mo. or if OH comes home I will ask him to do itWent through 3 big cupboards and got rid of lots of things - everything got split between things for family, e-bay and carboot so quite a few bits to list over the weekend :T Also have done and moved grocery shopping.
This weekend then will see me completing several MS's and listing my things on e-bay + continuing the great declutter of the wardrobe. Of course there will be study, study, study tooOk vacuuming beckons
then a hot shower to try and make me feel a little better

Hope you feel better soon DDFW, try and give yourself a little break, you are doing loads!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

I tried saying the same as jwil, but my computer kept eating my messages.
Try to do less so that you get better quickly and don't get any worse. I know housework is niggly, but could OH help, or could you leave it for a few days until you feel a bit better? It's not the end of the world (but it is annoying!). You have so much on your plate that you need to be back to 100% ASAP.

Hi all
Thanks for your kind words jwil and pickle
Feeling alot worse todayso this means I will have to reshuffle any MS's I have
I will do things today in little manageable bits, still want to make progress in declutter and have to list on e-bay to raise money + want to give things a chance on this before the carboot. Have done 1 lot of washing and drying though I've not moved this as yet.
First off, finish the section of study I am on at the mo. so I can tick this off, then carry some stuff upstairs and weigh up what can go from the wardrobe. What I'm doing is going through a few things at a time rather than everything at once on the remaining rails I've not fully *read as ruthlessly*decluttered. Then I'll carry something down of the e-bay box ready to list. Will report back later
