will they post the tickets and if so when? or do you have to collect them.
which is better, seated or standing? thanks!
They post the tickets about 2 weeks before the show.
Seated/standing is a preference thing.
If you want to stand, you have to be there really early to get in the queue, then run to get at the front by the barriers. It means you are in touching distance and are sure to get some good photos.
I like sitting! Can turn up when I want, can relax when I want, can get to the loo easy enough and know where I'm going back to. Have somewhere to put a bag without having to hold it for hours. But you are further away from the band.
I went to see TT last year and was so glad I was sitting down - especially when the heavens opened and those of us on seats stayed dry. But my photos aren't very good as I wasn't close enough to get a good shot.
Thankfully TT fans aren't like Oasis fans. Oasis played the Ricoh a few weeks after TT did and the done thing at Oasis gigs is those standing use their empty pint glasses as portable loos, then fling em as far as they can across those standing. My friend couldn't believe that she was doused in pee 4 times.:eek::eek::eek:Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

tickets tend to be posted a couple of weeks before concert. sitting/ standing depends on what you want. you'll see whole show if seated but will be far back. but if you get standing and can bring yourself to queue for hours on the day you can get right to front (my friend and i did this last tour and it was amazing!) In my opinion atmosphere is better in standing but also a bit more pushing and shoving!0 -

A few years ago (when Take That played the arenas) I tried ALL DAY to get tickets and I got through to a very nice man at 11pm who informed me that a handful of tickets had just become available. I asked him how and he said that they had put the tickets on ebay (including seat numbers etc) so they'd contacted the person who'd bought them and told them that they were going to re-sell the tickets.
Obviously that would be difficult to police for a stadium tour though as it's General Admission!0 -

Cheapest is £55 PLUS £5 fees (so £60 ). Most expensive I think is £85 plus £5 fees.0 -

There are 209 items under ebay for Take That tickets - some already have bids of over £150 - are people completely stupid??
Oh my god - someone has listed two tickets for Manchester as "Front Standing" - of course it will be if you get there early enough - i wonder if they'd give a refund if you didn't get there in time and weren't at the front - after all the listing is stated as Front Standing!A home is not a home ..... without a dog0 -
Im shocked at the prices coz I went the last time and paid £60 inc fees this year same seats are £80 inc fees....Im tempted not to buy them n just wait for the dvd coz the view will be better...:rotfl::rotfl:
When I saw them back in Hammersmith in 1992 (yes, you read that year right:o!) I paid a tout £30 for a good ticket near the front downstairs !!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
