Take That Tickets on sale FRIDAY

I thought they were being barcoded so any Ebay resold tickets could be identified and cancelled without refund?
Its not so bad with take that as they have announced concerts at a number of venues but peter kay only announced one venue we bought tickets for it and would have travelled from South Wales to see him. But then more tickets were put on sale for Cardiff and we paid a bomb for decent tickets because the Cardiff tickets went on sale on a week day when we are in work so we had buy a hospitality package for Cardiff. We sold our manchester tickets on ebay and they partly paid for the Cardiff tickets.0 -

Seated/standing is a preference thing.
If you want to stand, you have to be there really early to get in the queue, then run to get at the front by the barriers. It means you are in touching distance and are sure to get some good photos.
I like sitting! Can turn up when I want, can relax when I want, can get to the loo easy enough and know where I'm going back to. Have somewhere to put a bag without having to hold it for hours. But you are further away from the band.
I went to see TT last year and was so glad I was sitting down - especially when the heavens opened and those of us on seats stayed dry. But my photos aren't very good as I wasn't close enough to get a good shot.
Thankfully TT fans aren't like Oasis fans. Oasis played the Ricoh a few weeks after TT did and the done thing at Oasis gigs is those standing use their empty pint glasses as portable loos, then fling em as far as they can across those standing. My friend couldn't believe that she was doused in pee 4 times.:eek::eek::eek:
Unbelievable but there were some ladies ?!! using their empty pint glasses as portable toilets at the Stadium of Light when I saw Take That quite close to the main stage and the walkway. I'm pleased to report that I turned up early and was right next to the metal barrier at B stage - the security guys warned us when they put our hoods up to duck to avoid getting wet and they were selling poncho's beforehand so we knew something was coming, it was so much fun and I got some amazing photos !!Sealed Pot Challenge Member 1273VSP 2011 Member 92 - 723.070 -
If Hampden is going to have an extra date on the Friday any idea when they would be likely to go on sale? Would it be tomorrow or further down the line?
Friday would suit me heaps better for travelling to Glasgow but I don't want to miss out on tickets and am tempted to try to get for the Thursday.
My concern is selling two tickets if I do get my preferred night as last year I ended up with two spare tickets and it was a nightmare selling them. The tickets arrived only 2 days before the concert and I had to post them onto someone else - they received them 1 day ahead of the concert and luckily were in to receive them or it would have been too late0 -

I'd love to go because the last concert looked amazing but not at that price!
If we went for the £55 PLUS £5 fees all we'll see is them on the screens!
I'd rather wait & watch the concert on TV.0 -
Can't wait sssoooooooooooooooooo excited xxHoping to save a little more money here and there, to spend on treats/educational items for children :j0

When I bought TT last year, they had only announced 1 gig in Coventry on a Monday.
I was frantically refreshing 9am onwards.
9.35ish I managed to get tickets and was shocked to see they were on a Wednesday. Monday had sold out that quickly, they immediately released Wednesday. About 20 minutes later that date had sold out, so they released Tuesday.
I logged on at 10.30am to see what was left and all 3 dates had sold out.
On another note, I love OH.I was going to have a chat with him about going to this gig, mentioned the tour in passing earlier, and it turns out, as he's self employed, he's organised his week to make sure he has tomorrow morning free to get me a pair of tickets for this gig - the last Wembley date is the day before my 35th birthday so it was going to be a surprise pressie for me to go and take a friend of my choosing.
I've ruined the surprise, but who cares?! OH is wonderful. I LOVE YOU MR BYL.:D:D:D:D

Does anyone know what the unreserved level 1 seating is like in Wembley? We sat on level 5 last year and didnt get a very good view. If the level 1 seating is good then I might get them instead. The seating plan and prices are on ticketmaster0

I read somewhere that if you buy a standing ticket for wembley this also includes unreserved level 1 seating so i guess these are classed as standing seats so may be on a flat level?A home is not a home ..... without a dog0
