Im concerned too as i also used the automated service which i think was a Hermes account service, so im worried my tickets will get cancelled tried ringing but they are always engaged

to all those that have a ticketmaster booking, you should go into 'my ticketmaster' or 'my account'. There's a box at the bottom saying to put your telephone number in and the credit card you used. You should be able to retrieve your booking as I did this the other day. HTH. PS It will show the 'hermes account' under your name which is normal as it is an automated booking.

Go into 'ticket orders' on the right hand side and 'print receipt' - should bring up the box where you enter your details.

Re cancelling tickets - ring them - i did as I'd booked too many (two dates) without realising it was 8 per city - they were great, also re the automated service showing as Hermes Account - again ring them as they changed my details on my booking for me.

I know it's a long shot but if anyone has four spare tickets for any of the dates in Manchester, I would be really grateful.

Any London tickets going please?? My friend tried to buy tickets for goodness knows how many hours but to no avail & I was on holiday at the time, typical!!
I am ideally looking for four if possible...Thank you!

Best bet for those still wanting tickets is to sign up to a fan forum.
They only sell spares face value however join early, like now as some sites have rules on members being active for x amount of time to be abale to buy spares etc.
