thanks so much i got a some on here! please help i just realised by booking confirmation has no booking refence and ticketsoup always have references in them ! has anyone else got them from soup today, im worried it hasn't been processed properly! HELP! (there phone lines are now shut!)

Ticketsoup are reselling all those whose payment didn't clear. We were given 48 hours to phone. Thankfully I phoned on time.

My first email didn't have a ref but when I phoned to give card details again I got a ref.
