Take That Tickets on sale FRIDAY

Just rang Ticketmaster as wanted to know re the extra tickets - normally they would allow it as its two different dates but they won't on this occasion as they're being really strict, however they may be able to do a transfer of payment so that my friend pays for the two tickets I will lose, so that my friend can still have the tickets. They are going to get back to me.

Oops, I do apologise. Just clearing out my emails and there it is, arrived as soon as I booked!

Ticketmaster have already rung me back - 11/10 for customer service - top marks -they're transferring the tickets to my friend - all sorted.

I booked via the automated ticketmaster number, tickets show in my ticketmaster search but when do they send the tickets? Ive booked for a friend she tried all day and i got through but i was just wondering when they will be sent, just worried as we are on holiday the end of May for 2 weeks which if they send them then she wont be able to get them from me.

For the last tour I got mine about 2 weeks before the concert, although some people got them later. Someone earlier in this thread mentioned getting them just 2 days before the concert. I think they try to cut it as fine as possible to stop the ebayers, it doesn't seem to work though!

Thanks for that! Have only received 1 email out of three, glad to see it in their system! Will email them with my query or check tomorrow when the order tracker page is not suspended.

For everyone who bought tickets for take that off ents24 and wants complete peace of mind:
Go to see tickets website, customer services, i don't have my reference number.
Enter your postcode and last 4 digits of card.
Voilà, your order should magically appear.

Think Take That are taking the mick a bit with this...They should be protecting their fans here - fans having to pay £6/ticket to some jokers who can't be bothered to invest in the appropriate infrastructure to supply the tickets is just ridiculous.
