Gosh its so stressful getting these tickets isnt it?
Ive got mine, but still stressed as the money hasnt been taken & not showing up on Ticketmasters site yet!!
I won't be happy till they are in my sticky mitts

they are a grabbit coz they have sold over a million tickets in one day, twice as many as Michael Jackson, who some would say was the greatest pop act in the world.....oh the irony....:rotfl:

I wasn't asked for an email address. I went on to "my ticketmaster" at top right of home page then signed into my account then on to order history then find phone bookings then enter phone number you gave and card number and it was there. You might need to create an account if you haven't got one already. HTH

Hi, I am in the same situation. Still not had any email since booking at 3pm yesterday. I wrote down the confirmation number but cant find anywhere on their website where you can input our details to check your booking. Can anyone help??

Thanks but I bought mine from The Ticket Factory and not ticketmaster which post 1056 refers to. Think I am going to try calling them!!

Yes I did that straight after I booked my tickets over the phone yesterday morning, and it worked easily. Just go into your account, order history and 'search for phone or online orders', at the bottom. Just remember not to add the zero at the start of your phone number.

I got mine from Gigs and Tours but haven't got an email yet - anyone else? I didn't write the reference number down and STUPIDLY closed the page by mistake (who knew Ctrl and W closes a window? not me!). Anyone else use them and had an email? CAn anyone give me a number to call them?

Meant to add, I have had no email - they didn't ask for an email address. They haven't lifted the money, but I am not worried, cuz its showing on the website in my account.

I used tickermaster by the way
