Hi catlover47, its still the best diet ive ever tried. I don't feel like im missing out on anything but i probably will have a few treats over Christmas as it would be miserable to watch everyone else tucking into roast spuds and choccies in front of the telly!!! I won't go crazy though and just a day or two of indulgence as ive done so well don't want to mess it all up this time!!!0

Hi there ladies, so pleased everyone is happy and losing weight with Celeb Slim. I'm still shedding the pounds and couldn't be happier with this diet. There's a great range of flavours for bars and soups but I hope they bring in some more if I'm going to be doing this longterm!0

Glad to hear you're all giving yourselves a little break for some christmas goodies! I still plan to do the celeb slim bars for meals but just have a few little extras. For example, you can't have christmas dinner without some roast spuds!0

I do herbalife on and off, and have lost 2.5 stone fairly easily with it. I use the vanilla shake powder (£25), mixed with some Coppella apple juice and a pinch of cinnamon or mixed spice - its tastes like apple crumble! I have that for brekkie and lunch, and then a decent high protein, low carb, and veg heavy tea, plus some fresh fruit and veg, and loads of water throughout the day.
They do protein bars which are yummy, but about £1 each, which works out a bit expensive for me, so I just have a weightwatchers bar instead (which I know it totally different but enough to keep me going!).
I have managed to keep the weight off, and havent done it for a couple of months as the person I buy my shake powder from has been away! I intend to have a wee blast before christmas as well!
I was highly sceptical at first and thought I would feel grotty doing it, but I have been surprised - and have had plenty of energy. I would recommend it!0
