  • Thanks Bronnie! I'm nearly a week in with celeb slim and its going great at the mo!! Actually just had a choc chip snack bar with my cup of tea which was yum. I'm not a great cook so still trying to get sorted with the evening meals but having lots of veggies and salad and i've started having more fish too. I found it hard to drink 2 litres of water a day and was going to the loo the whole time but just keep a big bottle of water by my desk now and its fine. Feel great!!!!
  • Hey joslimmer, celeb slim soups are good too, specially on these depressing cold days that are setting in now. Makes you eat slower too by sipping hot soup which is good for filling you up I reckon. I miss rice but its not like i crave the carbs just the taste. Its made me be more adventurous with my cooking and ive found a good greengrocers nearby which is on the way home from work so lots of veg now too.
  • i was thinking about doing this diet but trying to work out if i can afford it. i'm really fed up with my weight and keep getting depressed and dont want to go out and meet new people so i end up in with the kids the whole time and thats no good for them or me. i've seen an advert for celebrity slim.
  • Hi Kkayleigh, I don't know what your budget is but I work out quite a strict family food budget and I've managed to get celeb slim into it without going over. It probably is more than making every meal yourself at home depending on what you eat but I found I was spending on sandwiches and soups at work so this actually works out cheaper for me. I've lost 3lb in the week I've been doing it so far and it's given me the incentive to keep going. Good luck with whatever diet you decide on!
  • That's lovely news joslimmer. I've now lost 6lb in about 2 weeks on celebrity slim and Ive been enjoying nice evening meals and not pushing things too far as this is meant to be a long term weight loss plan for me. I want to stick around and be healthy for my grandkids as they're going to miss out on grandad now so it's just me.
  • Well heres some more good news - i've lost another 2lbs in a week on celebrity slim. I'm so chuffed with how well its going and how it hasn't changed anything. So easy to follow and the soups are good for lunch. I already feel more able to exercise and more and hope it will help the back problem. Hope its going well for you other ladies one here.
  • You go girl catlover47! I've been losing about the same so far and I'm well pleased with the results. Just about to tuck into a CS yogurt berry bar for my tea break - delish!
  • I thought id try celebrity slim and have def lost a few pounds in ten days. the bars are nice and i feel in charge and still get to eat with my kids when they have tea so its working well.
  • muligatawny soup CS for lunch. making my little girl some soup too so we can have the same lunch and she doesnt know mummy is eating different food and on a diet.
  • I get Tesco's Ultra Slim shake mixes. There is an offer where you get 2 boxes for £6. Don't taste too bad either.
