  • You're definitely not alone, there seem to be hundreds of people desperate to shift some weight on here, love it! I'm signed up (well for the starter pack anyway) for celebrity slim and I'm not quittin til those pounds fall off my thighs and tum. This time I mean business!!
  • Hi lushlady, I've just started on celeb slim too!! Just a couple of days in but I'm actually enjoying the bars and shakes - haven't tried a soup yet. I didn't think the price was too unreasonable if you could consider that you'd probably spend more on that many meals. Well i would anyway as i usually eat breakfast and lunch on the hop at work (i know, i know, it's lazy and expensive!).
  • Can recommend the snack bars on celeb slim! Tried my first one today as a snack between the two meals and it was very tasty, just perfect with a cup of tea and plenty big enough to keep the hunger at bay until dinner.
  • Hello ladies, this is a good place to get some ideas and feedback. For what its worth i've been on celebrity slim for 5 days now and i'd recommend it so far. It seems to be that a bit of thought has gone into the flavours for the drinks and bars as they really do taste better than other meal replacement plans i've done. i've lost a couple of pounds so far but i'm not going to get too excited until i've stuck to it for a few weeks. i don't usually have much will power with diets but i'm liking this plan a lot.

My friend speaks highly about cambridge diet but I can't get my head round it, I can cope with giving up treats but not food! I've just spent 9 weeks on the Atkins diet and lost 21lbs. However this isn't plain sailing as I now have to maintain my diet and slowly increase carbs again! I hope you find something that works for you.

If you really want meal replacement, why not just replace 1-2 of your meals with protein shakes? They're much cheaper and less sugary than most meal replacement drinks/bars. You can have it as a shake alone, blend with fruit, or cook with it very easily.

  • Got my celebrity slims and the bars are nice. I didn't think they looked that big to replace a whole meal but theyre surprisingly filling and I didn't have a grumbly tummy after the breakfast bar. I've been having some of the snacks in between and i've tried a few soups for lunch and these are good. Even my husband had a sip and he didn't turn his nose up like he has before with my diet stuff. I'm enjoying the variety and feel happy on this plan.
  • personally if i was tryin to lose weight then i would go for slimming world but if you really want a meal replacement then i know that superdrug do their own brand meal replacement milkshake powder (its a copy of slimfasts milkshake powder imo) which costs about a 5er per tin.....give it a try and see what you think.......hope this helps
  • Had a celeb slim mango delight bar for breakfast, lovely! I'm working my way through all the different flavours of bars and shakes. Got on the scales this morning and another 2lbs lighter so I'm delighted!
