I had to do a "cease and provide" to get away from PlusNet LLU to Sky Broadband.

Apart from PN wanting to keep me until my next billing date instead of a 30 day notice period it all went smoothly.

I was without BB for 10 days (this is the time between PN being disconnected, ordering Sky BB, receiving Sky Hardware and BT connecting me to SKY LLU).

As of yesterday, I now have a 12MEG connection with Sky BB and it seems much better than PN LLU.
