Large Pumpkins 50p each @ Tesco

Not in my Tesco, which is a big one.....various sizes and prices but NONE for 50p! What's going on Tesco / MSE ?

My local Tesco had one green tray (6 pumpkins) of the "large" 50p ones. Boxes and boxes and trays and trays of the Extra Large 2 for £3 type. The 50p ones are actually pretty small as another poster mentioned. You might have to look quite hard in amongst all the other trays as the one 50p tray was surrounded by the more expensive ones, on the end of an aisle.

The 50p ones were in my local, but they were really small! I'm waiting till next week, they'll all be reduced then, even the XL ones! :beer:

Have got Large pumpkin today for 50p as others have said its about the size of a football, these are mixed in with the Extra large ones that are £1.99 (and not that much bigger) so have a rummage and pick up a large not extra large one.

I spotted this deal shortly after posting the offer from ASDA who are currently selling large pumpkins for £1. I didn't post it becuase I heard people were complaining that the Tesco ones were rather small for large pumpkins. So might be worth checking out ASDA's pumpkins in that case, and even if they are 50p more expensive.
