Remove avg and mcafee- http://www.pchell.com/virus/uninstallavg.shtml
http://majorgeeks.com/McAfee_Consumer_Product_Removal_Tool_d5420.html
Remove toolbars ,updaters, helpers, notifiers etc.from add/remove.. also use ccleaner tool/startup to disable everything from starting automatically except wireless and a/v , this can easily be reversed so if you do need a service you can either start it when needed or re-enable it in ccleaner.
I don't know what progs you actually use or what is just taking up resources but there's a lot you can prob do without.
edit -the majorgeeks site is good for d/loads without trying to force unwanted stuff down.
Commodo suite is your antivirus..... -a/v0 -

Did you download CCleaner? (hopefully without the toolbar!)
If you did, open CCleaner and click the Analyse button, when it has finished scanning and given a list of items then click on the Run Cleaner button.
If you have no antivirus just now then go online and use Hitmanpro, its a free 30 day trial.

For a free antivirus then use one of the following, Avira, Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials, all can be downloaded from filehippo.com0 -

Did you run malwarebytes?:idea:0 -

this one
http://download.cnet.com/Avast-Free-Antivirus/3000-2239_4-10019223.html?part=dl-85737&subj=dl&!!!!!button
go into task manager, performance, and post your commit charge, peak commit, and physical memory total, as well as a hijackthis log, the one you posted is empty
uninstall the thing you accidentally downloaded instead of ccleaner.
if malwarebytes finds anything, let it fix them before closing it.!!

So where is the MalwareBytes log that RIK asked you to post this morning?
I would not attempt to install any other AV until your sytem is clean-which given that you had no functioning AV for who knows how long, is highly unlikely at this stage.
You will also need to use the AVG and McAfee removal tools, just removing them via Add/Remove Programs will not do the job.No free lunch, and no free laptop

You posted the HJT log, but not the MalwareBytes one.
Comodo is a firewall.
Post the full MBAM log and wait for assistance.
You can download CCleaner again if you want to-but get rid of the registry checker that you had running.
I suggest you tackle one thing at a time, or you're going to end up in a worse mess than before. No free lunch, and no free laptop
