Hey all...feeling about 80% better which is a vast improvement and the doctor actually gave me some penicillin which seems to have kicked in really quickly. Spending today just chilling as I don't want to over-do it then be back to square one which is my usual trick!! My DD1 is currently ironing but there will be lots of catching up over the week. Not just of ironing but everything!! Everywhere just seems filthy as I haven't been able to keep on top of it. Although a lot is just stuff that needs putting away so hopefully shouldn't be too bad. I've managed to spend money though! Used a voucher for some Molten Brown goodies which i can't wait to get. Also bought a few Christmas bits and done my on-line shop. I can actually just focus on getting the house ship shape next week. As i can now actually eat we are having an Indian. Naughty but as I haven't eaten for 5 days i reckon the calories won't hard.

Hope all is well with everyone. xx

Had a lovely time in the garden, nearly all sorted out the back now expect for the big jobs of fixing the fence, digging the pond and sweeping the leaves when they come down!

Having a takeaway from ASK for dinner (free on the nectar points) and then strictly and x factor.

    :hello:hi ladies!

Busy day again, although frustrating... it started off well, managed to do the petrol/shopping run before the traffic built up - then the man at the next petrol pump pointed out really kindly that one of my rear tyres was looking a bit flat. So, I had to waste an hour at the tyre place to have it repaired - they were busy. I had picked up a nail, and it may have caused too much damage - they have repaired it, but I have to check over the next few days to see if it is going down again, which will mean a replacement,. At least it wasn't one of the ones I replaced in June.

That meant that I was too short of time to go to the allotment and make the most of the sunshine.

DD and I have finished the painting in her room,:jand the old furniture has been picked up - I put it on freegle, and one of the replies was from someone who works with homeless young mums. One has just been given a flat, but she has no savings or anything to furnish it with. The replier has an unusual surname, shared by someone at my school - and on checking, it turns out to be his wife! Small world. We are both very happy with our choice of recipient.:D

Then, after a very late lunch, DD and I went into town, and I managed to find a very nice shirt for work - so despite no gardening, quite a good day!

I am supposed to be doing my planning right now...:o

hex - thanks for the tip about quidco. I'll check and see if DS1 wants anything too.

Very envious of you and dusty's gardening time! The forecast isn't so good for tomorrow...

    froddington
    - well done on your tickets! How long did you have to keep trying for the Take That ones? DD was very cross, as all the fans wanting those kept crashing the site while she was trying to find out what had happened to her Top Gear Live tickets!! Fortunately, they came in a very late delivery - 4pm!! Post is getting ever worse.

Love and hugs, especially for toots, lady-liberty and diva.

Vanilla..... is it just me or is halloween tomorrow?
    poohbear how exciting :)
    Dusty, what is an ASK?

Anyway so far decluttered tea, plates etc in DW.....apart from mine which I will do in a mo. More laundry folded. Trying to decide what to do this evening, laundry folding first I think as it's piled so high on the TD it keeps falling over, if I can get most of it folded and upstairs it'll make things in there easier to deal with.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb
