Well just decluttered an important phonecall to a garage so that they can take a look at my car on Tuesday morning - I've got an old renault clio, and it's developed a bad leak when it rains, so I get soaked every time I go around a corner. The water is coming through the sunroof handle and now through the sides of the windscreen, so I'm guessing it's the windscreen seal that has gone. Apparently it's a common problem in the clio (so my research online says), so for anyone considering buying one, be aware of this.
I've scrubbed the tiles whilst in the shower, and washed the cloth using shampoo. Other than that, I've not done a great deal of flying today. Am going to head into town in a minute to get MIL's xmas present (she told me what she wanted on Wednesday, and luckily it's from M&S and I have vouchers, so very MSE) and grab some food whilst I'm there.
Hope those at the meet are having a good time. if you're watching the thread.

Hex2 what a brilliant idea about the wind up torch/radio. Might get one for DS2 and DD2 (trying to think up useful stocking fillers that won't just end up on the carpet!)Saving up £25000/£3500 by Jan 1st 2012 by selling my clutter. Remember I'm doing it for Dad.

Thanks msgnomey. Hope your pain relief kicks in soon hun, nothing worse than constant pain I know how tough it is both physically and mentally so :grouphug: coming your way.
Just taking a break now, been studying since 12.15 so think I deserve it, crime control and social welfare entanglements are doing whooooshing round me head now :rotfl::rotfl:Plus the next bit is full of social scientist views so lots of note taking will be required (and no doubt some double/triple reading).
No parcel yetthough mother has predicted 15.30ish on her past experiences.
Chased the hospital too about my gallbladder removal and will get a call back Monday hopefully although it is looking like early Dec..:eek: Longer than I wanted to wait but hey well, the Dr has been on his hols so there we go. Though also seems scary too..:rotfl: mad as a bag of cats I am..
Fetched in my washing it has been out a good 2 hours and not dried a jot, just got very cold so it has gone in the TD in disgust. It is soooo cold here so have lit my fire and am hoping that should take the chill out the air.. No chance of me nodding off while reading today :rotfl::rotfl:
Ok, off to relax with coffee then more books..
Have fun xxGC 2011
