Nice one Seafarer's
Have towels on the line and also washed two of the LSB's dusters - acid comments were made, by me, about the state of them a few weeks back. No improvement so I took them off him;) - he was told that cleaning cannot be done with dirty cloths. I also showed him how to bleach a dishcloth;).

Morning all
Grey and gloomy here, too. Great news, seafarers wife. Hopefully everything will go smoothly now.
Lost my internet connection again yesterday, so couldn't update. Put almost all laundry away with DSs, so I'm really pleased. Most of what's left is DH's, who couldn't be bothered to join in. He also seems to have decided not to iron this week. Looks like I'll have to find time for that, too.
After that I went out for petrol and groceries and got 2 chips in the windscreen mended at the same time. Then hairdresser's at teatime and a visit 'down the road' to see friends. I've struck a deal with their son - he'll do DS2's halloween outfit and get him ready (does his own costumes and make-up for drag and panto) for some twinks and a nigella cake when he goes away for panto rehearsals in a few weeks. I'd be happy to do it myself, but we're out all day at the live n deadly event and not back until 6pm, I think. I'll need time to get ready for Monday, then.
Plan for today:
flying/decluttering in LR
HHCs in bathroom and kitchen
hoover stairs
change all beds
HW with DS2
trip to the bank if my new debit card doesn't arrive, as I'll need cash
Have a good day, everyone.

Went up town, donated the stuff to a Save The Cats kinda thing (Only one that was open quite early) then walked around for a bit. I've now finished my christmas shopping apart from two cards I think. Bought a lovely camel coloured suede box and some sweets to go in plus a metre of burgundy ribbon that perfectly matched the inside of the box (I didn't even realise 'til I got back). When I got back I rinsed the fishtank filter out and attempted to clean the fiddly bits with cotton buds. Now I'm gonna relax for a bit and catch up on about 2 weeks worth of Doctors on Sky+ and get something to eat, then I have to:
Dust the living room
Sweep then Flash mop the living room floor
Same for garage floor
Wash the dishes

why do the girls need 4 towels to shower and wash their hair?
Well I use one for my hair, one for the rest of me then a hand towel on the floor between the shower mat and the door coz we have really cold floor tiles ^-^Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0
