Well!!!!!
Back home and all in one piece, GP sent me up to the hospital where the gynae SHO saw me, she was very thorough blood, USS, swabs etc, there is apparently nothing majorly wrong (hooray!!!) She suggested that I take the pain killers 4 times a day even if I don't feel the pain at that moment and drink plenty of fluids and rest....so off to bed LOLGo hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last0 -

OOh, clever
Is the list just for car journeys? If not, what about stocking up with milk/bread in the freezer for snow days?

We do not expect miracles/perfection at the end of the first week...or the second or third, come to that.
Did your house descend into CHAOS in 1 week?
No.
And it won't be perfect in one week.
Start with level 1s (plus your own dailies as required)
Once you are getting level 1 done in rapid time (because you are developing a routine) you add level 2...
personal testimony
My kitchen clean is level 3 most weeks now, so it never gets dire BUT when I started flylady there were things I did not do on a weekly basis - once they were included though I have continued to include them, takes little time and kitchen looks good. Prior to flylady I considered my kitchen clean enough if the floor had been mopped (as I was doing everything else as I went) well I wasn't doing everything else regularly. I am now though. But I have been here years...and every week I remove stuff from my kitchen windowsill and clean it. But I don't accumulate carp and gibble there anymore;)Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
