    That's not really proof though, ask them to prove they sent you the forms.

    google ACAS, they are an online advice centre for employment issues, not perfect but they are free.

    They maydo but their knowledge maybe less accurate than ACAS
    after looking at that website you said and also talking to CAB it looks like you were right iam entiled to holiday pay when off sick so ive wrote to my employer and waiting for a reply ill keep you updated

    Work have just got back to me and this is what they said.

    I have looked into your holiday pay request and the information that you sent me. I confirm that should you return to work the Company will honour the annual leave that you have accrued and you will be able to take it, however, whilst you are signed off sick a payment in lieu for the holiday will not be made.


    Is this right.
