Good to see that your LTV is getting better, ours let us down when we came to remortgage as it was slightly over the 75% I think worst case scenario of house prices now ours is around 73% so that's an improvement. It would be nice to get it down to 60% by April 2012 when we review our mortgage again but I can only dream of that!

  • smlsave you will get your energy back in June, promise!

cath you really want a LTV of 60% or less for the best deals, you're right.

I used to use breast milk for loads of things as well as feeding! Tried squirting it up DD's nose when she had a cold (I did read that this was ok to do!), put it on nappy rash etc. It really is magical stuff

  • Stupid RBS group bank named after a London borough....7 days to clear a cheque???? and a call to say they dont think the money will be safe in there for more than ten days !!!!!!???

they want me to earn them some comission by filling in a million forms to open a deposit account paying 0.0000001% that I will use for a week.

Someone might intercept a cheque book or a card..."have you sent me any cheque books or cards recently?" "er...no"

busy day, 8 week check, baby jabs, coffee with friend, banking. wish me luck!! no sign of the stalker.
