Good to see that your LTV is getting better, ours let us down when we came to remortgage as it was slightly over the 75% I think worst case scenario of house prices now ours is around 73% so that's an improvement. It would be nice to get it down to 60% by April 2012 when we review our mortgage again but I can only dream of that!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

I haven't been got by stalker woman, just had a manic weekend. Spent too much money, didn't manage to ebay anything.

I used to use breast milk for loads of things as well as feeding! Tried squirting it up DD's nose when she had a cold (I did read that this was ok to do!), put it on nappy rash etc. It really is magical stuffJune 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

notalot done today apart from school run/dog walk/feeding/changing, and had lunch with parents. Lit fire as got soaked, is pouring down and really not that warm.

Stupid RBS group bank named after a London borough....7 days to clear a cheque???? and a call to say they dont think the money will be safe in there for more than ten days !!!!!!???
they want me to earn them some comission by filling in a million forms to open a deposit account paying 0.0000001% that I will use for a week.
Someone might intercept a cheque book or a card..."have you sent me any cheque books or cards recently?" "er...no"
