In the last half hour I had to reboot my other PC (by pressing button) as it had slowed down and stopped responding. Now when I try re-starting it does not get to the desktop - after the Dell screen it goes blank and does not reach the next stage of the boot...
I tried doing it from safe mode but didn't work there either - same problem.
The only options I have are F2 and F12....
Really concerned about this....

safe mode won't boot up once selected from F8 screen....
one thing to add - the monitor seems to darken after it stops continuing to boot up...as if it is switching off due to no signal from PC..."To be ignorant of one's ignorance is the malady of the ignorant." Amos Bronson Alcott0 -
