Hey Tete, made a wee donation too, good luck on Saturday!
Well after my excitement about buying a house, the reality of sorting mortgage, home reports and getting house ready for market has hit me big time! The weather has been terrible here so can't get some outside work done, boo. Anyway will all come right in the end, I have faith!0 -
I think faith and positivity are the only things to get you through selling or doing up a house - if you let your confidence falter the house knows it. Kind of like scared animals.
I think I'm a money making addict. I'm supposed to be stepping back from the money making while I launch the business, and I just picked up another mystery shop for this weekend! I need shaking.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

lol, you're a moneymaking machine Dinah, I don't think you could stop if you tried! It's great when you feel like you're making progress.
Keep your chin up with the housebuying process, Swinstie - it will all be worth it in the end!
How funny about your OH Wendz, I wondered how he was linked too!

Soooooo wet. I smell like wet dog. Had to go out to get my eyebrows done and was absolutely pelting it down, my trousers are sodden up to where my coat was.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Really? It's glorious sunshine here!

I think that you've been money making for so long you'll never be able to not pick up the odd MS Dinah! It's not a bad thing, wish I could be more motivated! Interesting plan about selling up and renting for a while too, not a bad idea, will be easier to find a 'reduced for quick sale' bargain!
Try not to get too bogged down in all the house buying rubbish Swinstie, it'll be done soon then you'll have a fabulous love-nest with your nearly-hubby!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Is pouring down here too. Meant to be taking Poppy up to get weighed but don't want to go out.
Is hard to not get addicted to making money I think.0 -
I'm going to try to reregister with GFK in the near future to try turn over some more pennies. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0

There are plenty of flats in decent locations we could rent for £350-£450, or there is actually a house a friend of a colleague is renting, 3 bed on a farm and its only £200 a month!!! Think that'll be snapped up before we're ready to move though. Renting is only a consideration, it's not a long term plan, but I don't want to rush into the wrong purchase if it isn't available.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Sounds like a good plan renting. Buying a house is something you don't want to go half heartedly into! You never know though, in the time it takes to sell yours you might find a place you love.
Seems like the right idea, Dinah not being able to give up the moneymaking
My OH has the other problem, was all excited Tuesday morning thinking he'd be able to snap up one for his dinner. I told him to read over the questions to make sure he wanted to take it on, all I heard from the Kitchen was a 'Arrrrrh nerh!'
That's weird your OH being snapped, Wendz! I personally feel so bad for Imogen. Want to go around and give her a big hug! The guy, as just about always, gets off lighter than the girl even though he was the married one.
Tete - I've made them before, they're one of OH's favourites that I make now. They are lovely though! Scoffed 2 for my lunch, but I'm leaving the rest for OH's lunches.
I didn't watch that Georgie Shore. To be fair, I find English attempts at American style reality things a little tragic. I did get a text from OH today saying 'Geordie Shore... Oh dear' asked him if it was any good and he said 'I'll be honest, I have no idea' Glad to know he was enjoying his morning off!0 -
Lol I just 'adjusted' todays "5" things list, and then my email popped with a post off Cinny - my first thought was - oh no, she's on to me!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
