Angry with myself tbh CMD. I'm convinced that if I'd gottn there 10 mins before I was due rather than getting stuck behind that tractor and ringing to say I'd be 10-15 mins late they'd have created a job for me.

Sorry about the job NIM, the others are right though, don't beat yourself up and keep looking, there'll be a better job around the corner! Wasn't it the one with the hellish commute? You've had a lucky escape IMO

My brother has just rung me, we're going to look at (yet more) bridesmaid dresses tomorrow and he's begged me to say how nice they are and how much I want to wear it so he can stop being hassled by SIL2B about not finding dresses! Bless him, think he's feeling the strain!

Sorry to hear that NIM, it's always a kick in the teeth whether you want the job or not, but especially when you're so close. These girls are right, you got really positive feedback - the fact that they considered creating a role for you is fantastic! - and it just means that there's something better round the corner.

Congrats on the 20 week scan, CMD - everything seems to be happening so quickly! How are we already in May?! Does anyone else feel like or is just me?

He's getting married on the 1st December... they're trying to shop for a Christmas wedding in Spring and wondering why it's difficult to find things! I'm helping to make invites and whatnot but I lent my fancy Christmas cutting dies which we need to a lady I worked with a couple of months ago and now we work in different offices I'm struggling to get them back! She's defriended me on Facebook and ignoring my messages, I've got other people to get in touch with her for me but no luck... grrrr. This is what I get for being nice and sharing my expensive toys, they get nicked! :mad:

Go to the office and tell her she has 2 weeks to return them or your calling the police? I reckon you'll get em back sharpish.
